How would people survive if they didn’t have meat to eat? How would they act? Would their physical self be different? To find out more about my big question, I researched the health conditions of not eating meat. Not eating meat means that you’ll be eating less calories and fats and you’ll have a lower risk of heart diseases. One connection that I can make is that sometimes what you want is not good for you. What I’m going to do next is ask people who have been vegetarians or vegans how their lives have been because of it.
